+ What are the power requrements for trailers?

Most trailers require a 110 volt 20 amp outlet. We provide a power cord when the outlet is within 100’ of the trailer. For our trailers that are equipped with an arctic package, see the specifications given on our Trailers page. If a power outlet is not within 100' of the trailer site, we do rent generators for short term rentals. Please call us with any further questions.

+ What are the water requrements for trailers?

Our trailers can be connected to water using a standard water hose and spigot. We supply the water hose, and a water spigot needs to be within 100' of the trailer site. If a water source is not available onsite, we can pre fill the on-board fresh water tank before delivery for an additional fee.

+ Where can the restrooms be placed?

Our restrooms can be placed almost anywhere. Ideally, a restroom will be placed on flat level ground in an area that is not obstructed with low hanging branches, low hanging power lines or fencing. Safety is our primary concern, so the restrooms should be placed where the guests can see and get to the trailer easily but not interfere with the event’s appearance. For long-term rentals, placement is important for servicing and pick-up. A service truck must be able to get within 25 feet of the drain valve on the trailers. If you are unsure of whether your site is suitable for trailer placement, we can perform a site visit.

+ Can your restrooms be used in the winter?

Yes, our arctic package trailers have a separate heating unit which provides additional heat for the interior as well as heat for the waste tank and can operate in temperatures under 30 degrees.

+ Do you offer shower trailers?

No. Our main focus is restroom trailers. However, we will gladly provide you a quote from one of our affiliated Royal Restrooms franchises.

+ What side are the steps of the trailer on?

They are located on the passenger side of the delivery truck.

+ What side are the water and power hook ups on?

They are located on the driver's side of the delivery truck.
